There was an Old Woman all Skin and Bones is a favourite Halloween Song arranged by Susie and Phil. It’s a call and response song – the response is always the same and easy to sing and play – ‘ooh ooh ooh ooh’. Play the responses on recorders, glockenspiels or xylophones – B A G E. Extend into simple bordun accompaniment and improvisation on percussion instruments. What other Halloween characters can the old lady meet when she opens that cupboard?
